The Fifth Third River Bank Run is the largest 25K road race in the country, 10K, 5K Run, 5K Walk, Junior events and team competition, the annual event is sponsored by Fifth Third Bank.

The Fifth Third River Bank Run has named the American Red Cross of Greater Grand Rapids as a Charity Partner for 2010, 2011 and 2012.
